We want you to love every product you receive from Rethink. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our goal is to ensure you're completely happy with your eco-friendly purchase.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please contact us at info@rethink.nz with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Must be returned in original packaging (where applicable)
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery
Items returned without contacting us first
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your item is safely returned.
Rethink NZ is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit, so please consider insurance where appropriate.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at info@rethink.nz with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — at no cost to you.
