Order Confirmation

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send a confirmation email with your order details. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@rethink.nz.

Delivery Policy

Physical Goods:
We process and ship orders promptly. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you provided an email address). Orders will generally be shipped within 7 working days via NZ Post/Post Haste Tracked Parcel. If any items are out of stock, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery: 2–4 business days within New Zealand
Rural delivery: Additional 1–2 business days

Payment Terms

We accept payments through secure methods via Shopify Payments and eWAY. Payments will be processed at the time of order, and your payment details will be kept secure and encrypted.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you, and you can choose either to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order for a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day money-back guarantee allows you to return items in their original condition. For more details on returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Sustainability Commitment

At Rethink, we are committed to sustainability. All orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging, and we encourage you to reuse, recycle, or compost the packaging materials.

Limitation of Liability

Rethink NZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the goods in question.
