At Rethink, we’re committed to delivering your eco-friendly essentials with care and as sustainably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

🚚 Shipping Within New Zealand

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days
Shipping Rate: Free shipping on orders over $70 NZD

We ship orders Monday to Friday. Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

📦 Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During busy times like Plastic Free July or holiday seasons, there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
